GSI is offering this opportunity to learn the benefits of LIVEDGAR with free direct access to a powerful feature. At GSI, we are committed to providing you with products and services that help you do your job more effectively and efficiently. We can't think of a better way for you to see how GSI can help you with your research efforts than to give you a free session to LIVEDGAR. In order to take advantage of the free session, you must have a LIVEDGAR User ID and Password. If you are not currently registered, there is no cost whatsoever to get a User ID and Password. To get your free User ID and Password, simply complete the form to the right. After your form is submitted, you will receive an e-mail containing your User ID and Password, and a link to log in to LIVEDGAR. For all subsequent logins to LIVEDGAR after your free session, the terms and conditions of your use will be subject to the agreement your firm has with GSI. Some firms have Fixed Fee agreements that cover all users at their firms, while others have Pay-As-You-Go agreements in which each user is charged $10 per login and $2 per minute the user is logged in to LIVEDGAR. All account agreements allow for the addition of free user IDs and passwords.
