Company Alerts
Create an
Alert Profile by easily entering the names or ticker symbols of
companies you want to follow. Each time one of the companies in
your profile makes a filing, you will receive a free e-mail
notification of the event. If you wish to access the full text
of the filing, standard LIVEDGAR charges of $10 per login
and $2.00 per minute will apply.

We provide a wide selection of SEC Materials, including
back issues of the SEC News Digest, Form Types and Definitions, SEC contacts, etc. Users needing comprehensive SEC
information should use the SEC Library section in LIVEDGAR where standard charges apply.

Topical Research Library
GSI’s expert researchers have compiled over 1,100 search
statements on a wide range of forms, agreements, clauses, relevant definitions, examples, etc. In Free Resources, you
can view the entire list. If you wish to load a particular search or modify one to suit your purposes, standard LIVEDGAR
charges of $10 per login and $2.00 per minute will apply.

By signing up for GSI's Free Resources Area, you will receive a free
User ID and Password. From the GSI homepage at www.gsionline.com
you may then log in to the Free Resources Area at no charge.
If you decide to leave the Free Resource area you will be asked to
login again using the same User ID and Password to LIVEDGAR. This is
to ensure you never accidentally login to LIVEDGAR. Standard LIVEDGAR charges are $10.00 per login and $2.00 per
minute, billed monthly.
